Community Wash Project

Durham, NC | October 2026

Carolina Outdoor Pressure Service (C.O.P.S.) will be on-site at Wynterfield I to provide exterior soft-washing services throughout the community, serving approximately 160 units.

Our professional soft-wash process will be used to safely remove organic growth, dirt, and loose exterior contaminants from building exteriors. Balconies and back decks are not included in the scope of work.

C.O.P.S. crews will be working throughout the community on the scheduled service days. Specific service days for each area are color-coded on the map below to help residents identify when our team will be working near their building.

Project Details

C.O.P.S. will be on-site throughout the scheduled project period, working systematically through the community to clean building exteriors and keep the project moving efficiently. The team will service an average of 27 units per day, with the community-wide project expected to be completed in less than one week, weather and site conditions permitting.

Please refer to the color-coded map below for your building's scheduled service day. Residents should be aware that C.O.P.S. crews, equipment, hoses, and vehicles may be present throughout the community during the scheduled cleaning period.

Water access will be provided through a combination of exterior spigots located throughout the property and a Durham hydrant meter.

What Can Residents Expect?

    Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed.
