About C.O.P.S.
We fight grime, not crime!
Raised in a small town where everyone knows everyone, Joshua was surrounded by the presence of law enforcement — especially within his own family. Many relatives still wear the badge, carrying on a proud tradition of service, responsibility, and protecting the community.
That legacy became the inspiration behind the name C.O.P.S. — short for Carolina Outdoor Pressure Service. More than just a clever acronym, it’s a tribute to the values Joshua grew up with: show up, do it right, and protect what matters. Today, those same principles guide every job the business takes on.
C.O.P.S. might share a name with the guys in blue, but the mission is simple: Protect your property’s appearance and keep your curb appeal in top shape — with precision, professionalism, and just the right amount of humor.
Meet the Owner
Though Joshua didn’t follow the path of wearing the badge himself, he was deeply influenced by the values of service, responsibility, and pride that his relatives exemplify.
With years of hands-on experience as a restoration technician and crew leader, Joshua’s background includes everything from high-rise window cleaning to surface restoration — projects that required skill, attention to detail, and an unwavering focus on safety and results. Now, he’s diving deep into one of his true passions: pressure washing and property care.
Joshua founded Carolina Outdoor Pressure Service to bring integrity, precision, and a personal touch to every job. For him, it’s about more than just cleaning — it’s about protecting what matters most to his customers and treating their properties like his own. Joshua is always on patrol, ready to fight grime at a moment’s notice!
And he doesn’t fight alone. At C.O.P.S., every employee earns the title of Grimefighter — part of an elite squad dedicated to protecting curb appeal. Armed with power washers instead of patrol cars, the Grimefighters are always on duty, answering the call to take down dirt, grime, and stubborn stains.
